Component Notes Cover page of performance handbill, which was produced by the Chinese Opera Society, the non-profit organization that invited the troupe to Singapore. Audience members who were interested in acquiring the program left a token sum with the organizers as a donation to the group. Handbills are usually on sale during public performances. During the performance computerized English and Chinese subtitles were projected on the wall to help the audience better understand the progression of the play.
