備考 [主な役柄:立役、やつし事。屋号:京屋。 紋:丸に桐の字、雲 嵐三五郎の子で幼名を嵐富三郎と名乗る。元文4年嵐三五郎を襲名し、子役を勤め、後若衆方となる。1748年大阪で座本を勤める。1756年京都に移り、二年後座本となる。1761年真田与一役で大当たりを取り、大阪に戻る。1777年、京都、名古屋、江戸と移り、大阪に再び戻る。1797年2月京屋七兵衛と名乗るが、11月には嵐来芝を襲名し、京の早雲座に勤める。翌年、大阪天満天神社内の芝居奉納に勤め、剃髪をして蜜巌と名乗る。所作事に優れる。元文4年(1739年)から寛政10年(1798年)に活躍する。]

He took the name Arashi Tomisaburo, then changed his name to Arashi Sangoro II and first apperared on stage as a child role (koyaku) at Ayame Theater in Osaka in 1739. Later he became wakashukata. In 1748 he became a theater manager in Osaka. In 1756 he moved to Kyoto and two years later became a theater manager. In 1761 he played the role of Sanada Yoichi, was a big hit, and went back to Osaka. He moved to Kyoto, Nagoya, and Edo and in 1777 then returned to Osaka. In February 1797 he took the name Kyoya Shichibee but changed his name to Arashi Raishi and performed at Soun Theater in Kyoto in November. The following year he performed at Tenma Tenjin shrine in Osaka, took the tonsure and changed his name to Mitsugan. He was skilled at shosagoto dance and was active from 1739 to 1798.
